The terms that apply when you book a ride with Black Private Car.

1. Agreement
By booking a ride with Black Private Car you agree to these terms. If you book on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their authority to do so.
2. Bookings and quotes
A booking is confirmed when we send you a written confirmation (text or email) stating the vehicle, chauffeur, pickup time and flat rate. Quotes given verbally are valid for [X] hours. The quoted rate covers the route agreed at the time of booking; changes made during the ride may change the price, and we will tell you before we make them.
3. Payment
We accept major credit cards. Corporate accounts may be invoiced on [TERMS]. Any tolls, parking, airport fees, waiting time or gratuity that are not included in your flat rate will be stated to you before the ride.
4. Waiting time
For airport pickups we allow [X] minutes of free waiting after your flight lands. For all other pickups we allow [X] minutes after the scheduled time. Beyond that, waiting is charged at [RATE] per [PERIOD].
5. Cancellations and no-shows
Cancel at no charge more than [X] hours before pickup. Inside that window, a fee of [AMOUNT / %] applies. If the passenger does not appear and cannot be reached within [X] minutes of the pickup time, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged in full.
6. Delays and matters outside our control
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical failure, or acts outside our reasonable control. Where a delay is our fault, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected ride.
7. Passenger conduct
Smoking and illegal substances are prohibited in our vehicles. The chauffeur may end a ride if a passenger behaves in a way that endangers the vehicle or the driver, and no refund is given in that case. Cleaning charges apply for damage or soiling, at cost.
8. Luggage and property
Luggage is carried at the passenger's risk. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to return them.
9. Child passengers
Child seats are provided free on request, but Florida law places the responsibility for correct child restraint on the accompanying adult. Please tell us the child's age and weight when booking.
10. Insurance and licensing
Black Private Car holds [PERMIT / LICENCE NUMBER] and commercial liability insurance with [CARRIER]. A certificate is available on request.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Palm Beach County.
